Shevetpreneur offers educational modules and financial mentoring, business strategy courses, personal wealth management, holding structuring, and project viability audits. The services are intended for early-stage entrepreneurs and do not constitute individualized financial or legal advice.
The user undertakes to provide accurate and complete information during registration, not to infringe the platform's intellectual property rights, and to use the content exclusively for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any redistribution or resale of materials is prohibited.
Shevetpreneur commits to maintaining the platform's functionality and periodically updating educational content. We reserve the right to modify the course offering and prices, with prior notice of at least 7 days.
Shevetpreneur is not responsible for business decisions made based on educational materials. Our total liability for any direct damages is limited to the value of the subscription paid in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or business interruptions.
Payments are made in advance, and access to courses is activated immediately after transaction confirmation. Refunds are possible within 14 days of purchase, only if no more than 30% of the content has been accessed. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically, and cancellation can be done at any time from the user account.
Shevetpreneur may suspend or terminate a user's access who violates the terms, without prior notice. In case of termination, the user is not entitled to a refund for the unused portion of the subscription.
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Users will be notified by email 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after this period constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.
